Wow! Only 24 days until we are off on our little culinary adventure through Southern Vietnam. We fly to Ho Chi Minh City on the 5th of September and spend 4 days in the southern capital. We are then off to Hoi An via Da Nang to spend 5 more days enjoying the local hospitality before heading back to Adelaide on the 15th of September. Michelle gets to spend her 21st birthday in Ho Chi Minh and Murray gets his 21st in Hoi An - What a bonus!!! Stay Tuned!
